Job Summary
Conduct problem discovery, definition, and goal setting by collaborating with teams to document initiatives based on objective data and facilitating workshops that align around clear problem statements. Execute interaction design and art direction to create high-fidelity interfaces, journey maps, service blueprints, and wireframes that convey visual personality and tone. Maintain design systems by identifying inconsistent patterns, proposing scalable solutions, and facilitating shared naming conventions across design and development. Lead user and market research activities using mixed methods tools to synthesize results, track post-launch performance, and optimize work based on data while ensuring inclusive design compliance with AODA requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of experience working as a designer on cross-functional teams releasing consumer experiences or enterprise products
- Experience with Figma, with proficiency in components, auto layout, and prototyping for scalable design
- A portfolio with recent case studies that demonstrate: Beautiful, accessible, scalable digital experiences that you have shipped
- Your approaches to problem framing and solutions, while balancing stakeholder needs and technical constraints
- Your ability to use design as a tool to uncover what questions to ask, what solutions to explore, and how to define and measure success
- The key performance indicators you used to measure the effectiveness of your solutions
- How you have applied and/or contributed to design systems
- Your experience working in a cross-functional team of Product, Tech and Design peers
