Job Summary
Own end-to-end design for Introw's two-sided AI-native partner platform, pushing the narrative on UX, UI, and product direction from first sketch to shipped. Research flows and interactions for partner managers and external partners across HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, Teams, email, and AI assistants, ensuring a coherent experience where humans and agents work together with clear authority and control. Build and grow the design system while sitting in on real partner calls to inform decisions, then help hire designers who follow your standard. Work shoulder to shoulder with product and engineering to turn ambitious goals into simple, obvious experiences that drive adoption.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience shipping real B2B or SaaS products end to end
- Fluency in Figma
- Fluency in Claude Design
- Ability to move from a fuzzy problem to a shipped screen
- Experience talking to users and letting evidence win
- Keenness to learn agentic workflows
Desired Qualifications
- Experience designing for AI or agent-based products
- Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce
- Familiarity with sales and partnership workflows
- Front-end sensibility
