Job Summary
Lead the design of internal apps at Picnic, focusing on clarity, usability, and consistency while navigating complex systems. Conduct qualitative research to inform design decisions and drive complete projects from definition to polished UI. Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless user experiences and contribute to the design system's evolution. Ideal candidates will have a Master's degree in a relevant design field, 2-6 years of experience in UX or product design, and proficiency in Figma.
Required Qualifications
- 2-6 years of experience as UX or Product Designer
- Portfolio with product design cases and solid explanation
- Fluent in English speaking and writing
- Holder of an EU work permit
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in designing for B2B or enterprise apps
- Confident using Figma
- Solid understanding of sketching UI concepts with great eye for detail
