Job Summary
Design user-centric flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UIs for core product features while assisting in user research and industry analysis. Maintain the "Mint" Design System to ensure visual consistency and collaborate with senior designers, product managers, and engineers to ship meaningful product improvements. Participate in design sprints, gather feedback, and rapidly iterate on solutions to solve financial coordination challenges. This role is ideal for senior-year students or recent graduates in Product Design or UX/UI to gain hands-on experience in our global fintech infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
- Must include a linked portfolio or website with your CV/resume.
- Currently a 3rd or 4th year student in Product Design, UX/UI Design or a related field (candidates from any faculty are welcome with a strong portfolio).
- Understanding of user-centered design principles, user flows, interaction design, and basic UX methodologies.
- Comfortable using Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interface designs.
- Curious about user needs and able to understand product requirements, identify problems, ask thoughtful questions, and create practical design solutions.
- Able to clearly explain design ideas and collaborate effectively with designers, product managers, and engineers.
- Open to feedback, eager to learn, and adaptable in a fast-paced product environment.
- A portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving approach, and visual design skills through academic, personal, or internship projects.
- Good command of written and spoken English for collaboration and documentation.
