Job Summary
Lead design projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launches for Injective web products and DAPPs. Propagate a strong design practice, influence product strategy, and partner with engineering, product, and business teams to find elegant but practical solutions. Listen to users to develop the right product strategy and solutions that delight customers, while rapidly producing multiple concepts and prototypes. Apply pixel-perfect attention to detail when needed, or create low-fi sketches and prototypes to iterate quickly. This role involves crafting creative solutions for the core contributors to Injective, one of the fastest growing blockchains in the industry, with incubation by Binance and backing from Jump Crypto, Pantera, and Mark Cuban.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in a UI/UX design role
- Proven experience building excellent consumer-facing mobile and web products
- Experience developing wireframes and prototypes
- Ability to communicate optimally on an ego-free, highly energetic, and cross-functional team
- Excellent Figma and Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
- Strong information design experience with a solid foundation in UX design heuristics
- Deep knowledge and applied experience in graphic design (layout, typography, color)
- A portfolio that demonstrates love and care for their craft
- A passion for building and creating in a fast paced, start up environment
- Based in North/South America or Europe time zones
Desired Qualifications

- Previous experience working in the crypto space
- Previous experience working at an exchange (CEX or DEX)
