Product Designer (Injective Labs)

Job Summary
Lead design projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launches for Injective web products and DAPPs. Propagate a strong design practice, influence product strategy, and partner with engineering, product, and business teams to craft elegant solutions. Listen to users to develop strategies that delight customers, rapidly producing multiple concepts and prototypes while balancing pixel-perfect detail with low-fi sketches. This role requires 3+ years in UI/UX design, preferably in consumer fintech, with strong Figma and Adobe skills. Candidates must be based in North/South America or Europe time zones. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in a UI/UX design role
- Proven experience building excellent consumer-facing mobile and web products
- Experience developing wireframes and prototypes
- Ability to communicate optimally on an ego-free, highly energetic, and cross-functional team
- Excellent Figma and Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
- Strong information design experience with a solid foundation in UX design heuristics
- Deep knowledge and applied experience in graphic design (layout, typography, color)
- A portfolio that demonstrates love and care for their craft
- A passion for building and creating in a fast paced, start up environment
- Based in North/South America or Europe time zones
Desired Qualifications

- Previous experience working at an exchange (CEX or DEX)
