Job Summary
Product Designer to design high-quality digital experiences across Immediate’s brands (Radio Times, Good Food, History Extra) by championing the voice of the customer. Responsibilities include conducting user research (moderated/unmoderated usability testing, surveys, card sorting), designing new features and interactive flows for mobile apps and web platforms, developing UX/UI direction, and ensuring cohesive brand expression. You’ll work from user insights to craft solutions, collaborate with Lead Product Designer UX/UI and cross-functional teams (Brand reps, Product Managers, Developers), and leverage AI tools to improve research and ideation. The role emphasizes customer-centric design, experimentation, and delivering engaging, scalable mobile/web experiences, with a hybrid working arrangement in London, UK.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in UX and UI design
- Proven experience with user research and testing methods
- Experience working in an Agile team
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma and Jira/Confluence
- Familiarity with iOS and Android product design
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
