Job Summary
Product Designer III needed for a hybrid onsite role at the corporate office in downtown Milwaukee, with Mondays–Fridays onsite (M, T, W required). Lead user-centered design across complex features, balancing user and business needs; create journey maps, user flows, site maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes; iteratively prototype, validate ideas, and contribute to UX best practices. Collaborate with product and engineering teams in an agile environment to deliver impactful, measurable design outcomes; manage multiple projects with varying scope and timelines while applying qualitative and quantitative research to inform decisions and shape an MVP with a longer-term vision.
Required Qualifications
- Track record of delivering impactful design solutions in an agile product delivery organization
- Self-starter who is user-focused, detailed, and solutions-oriented
- Fundamentals of user-centered design, visual design, and brand development
- Ability to understand user needs and communicate from the user's perspective
- Understanding that UX encompasses research, concepting, flows, sitemaps, wireframes, prototypes, and annotations
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma)
- Strong online portfolio demonstrating relevant work
- Effective cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering partners
