Job Summary
Product Designer II to design and ship UI for login and sign-up and conversion upsell flows, supporting the Pinner activation journey. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data partners to define and execute roadmaps for the Pinner Conversion and Identity teams. Adapt to a fast-paced, iterative, data-driven environment; manage feedback from multiple stakeholders across Growth, Core, engineering, product, and design leadership; uphold high design execution; design for mobile and desktop platforms; leverage AI-powered tools and workflows to scale approaches; demonstrate ownership, attention to detail, and a track record of shipping high-quality digital products; join a team focused on transforming boards and user experience. Bachelor’s degree in design or related field or equivalent experience, ability to onboard to emerging AI tools, and strong product thinking and UX strategy are required. The role is US-based with in-office collaboration 1-2 times every 6 months and is marked #LI-REMOTE; base salary range is $109,242–$224,910 USD with potential equity.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience designing digital products
- Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field or equivalent experience
- Portfolio demonstrating strong product and visual design skills
