Job Summary
Product Designer II for New Business at CNN/Warner Bros. Discovery responsible for leading design across high-impact, strategically complex initiatives for standalone New Business experiences. Responsibilities include executing the full design process from discovery to implementation, owning the design of standalone features, creating design artifacts (user flows, wireframes, prototypes, visual designs), conducting research to inform user needs and business goals, collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, research, editorial, growth, analytics), communicating design rationales to stakeholders, participating in workshops and critiques, applying design systems and brand guidelines, iterating based on feedback and usability findings, supporting testing, and building productive cross-team relationships. Qualifications emphasize 2+ years of product design experience across web/mobile, strong UX/visual design skills, proficiency in Figma, familiarity with design systems, user research methods, strong communication, basic web/mobile tech understanding, experience with Jira/Confluence, and a Bachelor's degree in Design/HCI or equivalent experience.
