Job Summary
Define product vision and conversational AI experiences by conducting user research, prototyping wireframes, and testing interactions with generative models. Lead the full design cycle from discovery to production, creating guidelines for chatbots and intelligent assistants while collaborating with data scientists and engineers. Identify AI usage opportunities across user journeys and continuously improve products through usability testing and performance measurement. Maintain active industry intelligence on emerging generative AI models and ethical design practices.
Required Qualifications
- Solid experience in Product Design
- At least 5 years of experience on complex digital products (excluding internships and apprenticeships)
- Significant expertise in designing experiences integrating Artificial Intelligence
- Proficiency in Design Thinking methodologies
- Proficiency in Product Discovery methodologies
- Proficiency in UX Research methodologies
- Proficiency in prototyping
- Proficiency in user testing
- Excellent understanding of AI generative specifics
- Excellent understanding of conversational interfaces
- Excellent understanding of recommendation systems
- Excellent understanding of intelligent assistants
- Ability to design experiences making AI capabilities understandable, useful, and controllable for users
- Mastery of design tools such as Figma
- Mastery of rapid prototyping methodologies
- Mastery of experimentation methodologies
- Strong sensitivity to ethics, transparency, explainability, and trust issues related to AI
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including Product Managers, Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, and Developers
- Excellent communication capabilities
