Job Summary
Conduct full 3D range design and concept sketching from initial idea through prototype revisions to final product launch. Research new trends, benchmark competitors, and present innovative product ideas to the Reward Development team. Collaborate with Sourcing, Supply Chain, and suppliers to modify open-market options and create unique product offerings. Support the team by developing presentation decks, drafting internal and external meeting materials, and ensuring accurate Product Information Packs. Travel to trade shows and suppliers to oversee development and manage relationships. Work across Campaign and Reward Development projects while balancing precision with a fluid, innovative environment.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in Industrial Design, Product Design or an equivalent discipline.
- +4 years of professional experience in Product or Industrial Design.
- Strong 3D modelling skills, ideally using Rhino or SolidWorks.
- Strong 3D visualisation and rendering skills, ideally with KeyShot or knowledge of AI image-generation and visualisation tools, such as Nano Banana or similar platforms.
- Confidence using Adobe Creative Suite for 2D visualisation.
- Demonstrable prototyping and hands-on development skills.
- The ability to create high-quality, professional design presentations.
- Excellent visual, verbal and written communication skills, with fluent English mandatory.
- A strong understanding of the product development process, from initial concept through to prototyping and production.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a practical and solutions-focused approach to design challenges.
- A proactive, self-motivated and collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel to trade shows and suppliers as required for product development and relationship management.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with ceramics, glassware or other relevant materials.
- Additional language skills beyond English.
