Job Summary
Product Designer at HeyMarvin (fully remote across India). Drive AI-enabled product design from research to high-fidelity UI. Conduct user research to understand personas, behaviors, and needs; create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes; develop pixel-perfect designs with strong aesthetics and brand consistency; iterate on AI-driven products (including chat interfaces and AI interviewer experiences) based on usability testing, metrics, and team feedback. Participate in customer calls to gather insights, collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams, and take part in regular design reviews. Requires 5+ years in UI/UX or Product Design and a strong portfolio; proficiency in Figma; startup or smaller company background preferred; no coding required.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in UI/UX or Product Design
- A clean, well-organized portfolio
- Comfortable with data and usability metrics
- Proficient in Figma; experience with AI-based prototyping tools is a plus
- Strong communicator who can clearly articulate design decisions
- Startup or smaller company background preferred
