Product Designer

Product Designer to shape the visual and interaction language of Hadrian's cybersecurity platform. Own end-to-end design from discovery and concepting to high-fidelity execution and implementation. Simplify complex cybersecurity concepts into intuitive workflows and interfaces. Elevate Hadrian’s product experience with a world-class visual language, ensuring consistency, usability, and quality. Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to align on user needs, product strategy, and technical feasibility. Contribute to and evolve the design system in Figma, leverage user insights and product data to iterate, and bridge design with implementation for high visual fidelity. Requirements include 4–6 years in product or visual (UI/UX) design on complex B2B or technical products, strong visual/interaction design skills, a standout portfolio, and curiosity about Cybersecurity, AI, and emerging technologies. Bonus points for cybersecurity product design, scalable design systems, HTML/CSS/React familiarity, and user research experience.
