Job Summary
Lead global product design strategy for a rapidly scaling beauty SaaS and marketplace, defining long-term vision, principles, and mobile-first architecture to support international expansion. Redefine the booking UX to outperform competitors while integrating social features, testing new flows, and identifying high-value design bets. Build a scalable Figma design system and collaborate with engineering on specs to accelerate product delivery. Mentor 1-2 junior designers, organize production priorities, and align execution directly with the co-founder CPO. Manage a team of 1-2 designers to elevate the overall design standard within the company.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ ans de product design (UX/UI)
- Expert Figma : design system, components, auto-layout, prototyping
- Expérience avec des produits complexes : marketplace, réservation, SaaS, ou réseaux sociaux
- Mobile-first mindset : tu conçois d'abord pour le mobile, responsive après
- Comfort avec les données : metrics-driven design, A/B testing, analytics basics
- Leadership naturel : tu inspires, tu mentors, tu lèves le niveau
- Thinking produit : tu réfléchis impact et stratégie, pas juste esthétique
- Collaborative : tu travailles bien avec les PM, engineers, founders
- Provocateur intelligent : tu oses challenger les convictions existantes, tester des angles nouveaux
- À l'aise dans l'ambigu : startup = vision claire mais chemin changeant, tu roules avec
- Curiosité + apprentissage rapide : tu es curieux du milieu des applis mobile, du marché international, des users
- Type d'emploi : Freelance, CDI, CDD (flexible selon candidat)
- Localisation : Paris, quartier du Marais, métro : Hotel de ville (télétravail possible)
