Job Summary
Design end-to-end features within the Grow & Engage domain, from problem framing through research, exploration, and shipped work. Define user needs and success criteria before jumping into solutions, then develop user flows that hold up across connected product parts. Contribute to the design system by using and improving patterns while partnering with product, engineering, research, and data to ship work that lands. Plan and run research blending qualitative and quantitative methods, and use AI tools fluently for exploration, prototyping, and synthesis. Bring a high bar for craft, ensuring UI and interaction design delights customers and converts.
Required Qualifications
- A strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design work on consumer products—ideally mobile
- Experience taking complex feature work from problem to ship, owning the design throughout
- Experience working with a design system—using it, contributing to it, and knowing when to push back on it
- Experience grounding decisions in research and data—and a willingness to seek them out when they're not available
- Strong written and verbal communication—you can explain your decisions to product, engineering, and leadership
- Must be able to attach your most recent portfolio and CV in English to your application
