Job Summary
Product Designer at Fortnox working at the intersection of established practices and new approaches to shape future product design. You will contribute in two autonomous development teams (currently 90/10 split), focus on secure, user-friendly login and verification flows for over a million users, and lead with interaction design while collaborating closely with tech leads and product managers. Responsibilities include analyzing user behavior to identify improvements, maintaining contact with support specialists and stakeholders, presenting design proposals and rapid prototyping in Figma, interviewing users, and conducting usability tests. The role requires collaboration, confidence in group settings, ability to understand complex flows, and experience with data-driven work (qualitative and quantitative) and user research. Proficiency in Figma, ability to explore new ways of working, and fluency in Swedish and English are preferred; experience with AI and automation is a plus.
