Job Summary

Design end-to-end casino experiences across Web, iOS, and Android by applying modern UI patterns, responsive techniques, and component-driven practices. Leverage qualitative and quantitative research methods to inform decisions, then create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs that communicate interactions for engineering handoffs. Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers through discovery, design critiques, and sprint rituals to solve complex interaction problems. Actively integrate AI tools like Cursor and Figma Make into your ideation and delivery workflows to enhance creativity and efficiency. Refine solutions using performance data and experimentation results while maintaining strict adherence to brand guidelines, design systems, and accessibility standards.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years in product design, Product Design, or a related role
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or equivalent design tools
  • Experience and knowledge in both designing for iOS platforms and responsive web experiences
  • Strong foundation in layout, typography, and color theory
  • Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for improvements and the drive to create industry leading iGaming experiences
  • Experience conducting usability studies and analyzing qualitative/quantitative data
  • Excellent storytelling, collaboration, and communication skills
  • Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
  • Advanced level of English skills
  • Experience using AI and relevant tooling to assist and enhance your ideation and working process
  • Experience designing gaming or entertainment experiences
  • Familiarity with experimentation and A/B testing
  • Interest in personalization, AI-driven experiences, or behavioral design
  • Experience using animation tools such as Rive
  • Must be available for weekend shifts
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs
