Job Summary
Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to tackle complex challenges for sports providers and enthusiasts. Conduct user and competitor research to uncover insights for impactful design solutions. Bring designs to life with user flows, wireframes, mockups, surveys, and usability tests. Elevate our Design Systems for consistency and excellence while acting autonomously within your area of expertise. Drive continuous improvement and team collaboration in weekly product development meetings and 1-on-1 sessions. This full-time role (35h/week) offers a minimum annual gross salary of EUR 60,000, with one day off every second week. Located in Vienna, Austria, the position supports Eversports' mission to "Make Sports Happen" through innovative UI/UX design and discovery.
Required Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience in UI/UX design of digital products
- Fluency in English, written and spoken
- Proficient with Figma
Desired Qualifications
- Experience designing for SaaS solutions or manager tools
- German skills
- Familiarity with analytical tools such as Amplitude or Google Analytics
- Excited about working with AI tools such as Claude or Figma Make
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams of product managers, engineers, and other business stakeholders
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates outstanding design skills, product thinking, and prototyping
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and the problems they solve
