Job Summary
Design end-to-end product experiences for wagering and entertainment platforms, translating customer needs into intuitive, high-quality solutions. Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI aligned to scalable design systems across multiple brands like Ladbrokes and TAB. Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to define features, refine flows, and ensure smooth delivery while using research and testing to continuously improve customer experiences. Contribute to evolving design systems to maintain consistency and efficiency. This role supports millions of interactions daily within a global business shaping the future of sports betting and gaming.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience designing digital products in a commercial environment
- Solid UX and visual design capability
- Proficiency in Figma
- Experience working with design systems
- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
