Product Designer

Job Summary
Product Designer in Amman responsible for designing end-to-end experiences across mobile and web, from user flows and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and prototypes. You will translate product requirements and user insights into clear design solutions, collaborate with product managers and engineers throughout discovery to delivery, contribute to Equiti’s design system, participate in user research and usability testing, and design for a global audience including multilingual and RTL (Arabic) experiences. You’ll present work, iterate quickly based on feedback, and support design QA to ensure shipped experiences match design intent. Strong visual and interaction design skills, experience with Figma, UX fundamentals (information architecture, usability, accessibility), and excellent communication are required. A collaborative, low-ego mindset and interest in fintech/trading are a plus, with 3+ years of product design experience and experience in cross-functional agile teams. This role is based in Equiti’s Amman office with a hybrid work policy and offers opportunities for international collaboration and career development.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a product designer working on consumer-facing digital products
- Experience in fintech, trading, or other regulated industries is an advantage
- Experience working in cross-functional product teams within an agile environment
- Experience contributing to or working within an established design system
- Strong visual and interaction design skills with a portfolio demonstrating shipped digital products
- Proficiency in Figma, including components, variables, and prototyping
- Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting and defending design decisions
- Collaborative, low-ego working style with genuine curiosity about users and the product domain
