Job Summary
Product Designer at Dressly (a core product team member) responsible for designing and evolving key UX flows such as AI recommendations, outfits, and wardrobe management. The role includes leading product discovery with user research and usability testing, translating insights into design solutions, developing features from concept to release in close partnership with PMs and engineers, maintaining design system consistency, and contributing to the product direction. Requires 5+ years in Product Design for consumer mobile apps, a strong portfolio showing end-to-end lifecycle, expert Figma skills (Figma Make, auto-layout, components, rapid prototyping), understanding of product metrics, initiative to own problems end-to-end, and passion for AI tools and design automation. English at Upper Intermediate+ is required. Bonus points for experience with AI products or fashion/lifestyle UX, UX research, and building/designing design systems from scratch.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Design experience with a focus on consumer mobile apps
- strong portfolio showing end-to-end design from research to release and impact
- expert level in Figma and Figma Make with auto-layout, components, rapid prototyping
- understanding of product metrics (CR, LTV, churn) and product analytics
- ability to independently lead problems from discovery to release
- experience with AI tools and automation in design processes
- Upper Intermediate+ English
