Job Summary
Lead end-to-end design for business account opening and product application flows, creating clear prototypes, interaction patterns, and production-ready specifications. Conduct qualitative and quantitative research through user interviews, usability testing, and analytics to validate design decisions and hypotheses. Contribute to the design system by documenting patterns and best practices while communicating trade-offs to drive alignment across Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams. Advocate for user needs by balancing customer requirements with business goals and technical constraints, then monitor post-release metrics to iterate on solutions.
Required Qualifications
- At least 4 years' proven experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer delivering end-to-end product flows
- Experiences in designing for multiple platforms including mobile web applications or even native apps
- Strong portfolio with 1–2 case studies showing research, design decisions, and measurable outcomes
- Proficiency in Figma for design, prototypes, and handoff
- Experience running user research and translating insights into actionable design changes
- Experience designing complex journeys, ideally including onboarding, applications, servicing or self-service flows
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Compliance
- Fluent English communication skills
- Solid understanding of accessibility principles and production readiness practices
Desired Qualifications

- Prior experience with Business Banking or financial product flows
- Familiarity with accessibility testing tools and regulatory documentation practices
- Experience contributing to or managing a design system
