Job Summary
AI-native Product Designer responsible for designing user experiences for AI-related features, from early concepts through production delivery. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into clear design solutions; assist in user research; create mockups/prototypes with AI and traditional tools; apply user-centered design to complex workflows; support design systems and patterns; iterate on designs based on feedback and data to improve usability of AI and security concepts.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in UX, product, or interaction design (including internships or relevant coursework)
- Proficiency with traditional design and prototyping tools such as Figma or similar
- Foundational understanding of user-centered design and usability principles
- Ability to communicate design ideas clearly through visuals and presentations
- Willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Confident communication skills
- Basic experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, etc.)
