Job Summary
Product Designer responsible for owning and executing designs for complex features or entire product areas within an AI-native platform. Lead the creation of sophisticated user flows and interactions for both human and AI-driven interfaces, drive research initiatives to uncover deep user insights, and identify and resolve systemic design challenges across product surfaces. Collaborate with product, engineering, and AI teams; mentor other designers and contribute to their growth; actively experiment with GenAI tools to push creative output forward. Located in London, UK, with a focus on designing the communication layer where humans and Computer exchange meaning, and shaping the experiences that differentiate a chatbot from a teammate.
Required Qualifications
- 4-8 years of product design experience
- Expert-level proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools
- Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies
- Strong ability to analyze complex user and business problems
- Experience leading design projects from concept to launch
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence decisions
- Experience designing for AI, conversational, or data-rich product surfaces is a strong plus
