Job Summary
Product Designer who will spearhead end-to-end design across Geotab applications (e.g., MyAdmin, MyGeotab, Geotab Drive), partnering with UX Research, Product Management, Development, and Data Science to translate user needs into actionable designs and prototypes. Responsibilities include mapping user flows, creating wireframes and prototypes, conducting usability interviews, ensuring accessibility (AODA), and supporting frontend work in JavaScript/React. Requires 1-5 years of relevant experience (2+ in an individual contributor product/design role), a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and strong collaboration and communication skills. Comfortable in a flat organization with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks across cross-functional teams. Flex/hybrid work model is supported.
Required Qualifications
- 1-5 years of relevant industry experience
- 2+ years experience as an individual contributor on a product, experience, or service design team
- Bachelor's Diploma/Degree or equivalent industry experience
- Proficiency in UI design tools (Figma, Sketch, InVision, Principle)
- Ability to lead all aspects of the user-centered design process
- Experience designing responsive web applications
- Knowledge of accessibility guidelines (AODA)
Desired Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead all aspects of the user-centered design process from conception to completion
- Experience designing responsive web applications and understanding common interaction patterns
- Knowledge of accessibility guidelines (AODA) and site accessibility
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with UX Research, Product Management, Development, and Data Science teams
