Job Summary
Own end-to-end product design for complex AI-powered workflows across web, desktop, and mobile. Partner closely with PM and Engineering to drive experience decisions from discovery to launch. Translate AI capabilities into clear, usable, and trustworthy user experiences. Lead design decisions within a Pod, ensuring quality, consistency, and delivery predictability. Validate solutions through rapid iteration, user feedback, and usability testing. Plaud is building the real-world AI interface for professionals to amplify intelligence, loved by over 2,000,000 users worldwide. This bootstrapped, profitable company with a $500M revenue run rate is pushing the boundary of human-AI intelligence through a hardware-software combination. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product design experience on complex digital products (SaaS, AI, or platforms)
- Strong system thinking and ability to design for ambiguity and evolving requirements
- Hands-on experience designing AI-driven or data-intensive user experiences
- Fluent or near-native English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Proven ability to work independently as an owner, not just an executor
