Product Designer

Product Designer role focusing on supporting Detailed Product Design for new products/services (incl. PvP for non CLS currencies), contributing to industry engagements, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of FX ecosystem evolution. Reports to Head of Product Design and collaborates with technology functions to ensure architectural decisions align with the long-term product roadmap. Responsibilities include supporting the Design Authority for existing products, contributing detailed product capability knowledge to business development, creating impactful materials to develop new product ideas, reusing core components, engaging with CLS technology teams, and supporting regulatory analysis for upcoming changes. The role also involves overseeing project deliveries with project managers and becoming a go-to person for design-related matters across CLS’s product range. Required experience/attributes include exposure to FX-related products or product development, a degree, and a strong combination of commercial thinking, collaborative skills, and ability to distill complex topics into clear visuals and summaries.
