Job Summary
Lead the design of end-to-end experiences for Asana products and features, with an emphasis on billing owner functionality. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify customer problems, establish vision, set strategy, and build solutions. Champion product excellence by elevating the quality bar for experiences and shaping the payment design system. Work across the organization to ship cohesive experiences that scale, while facilitating human-centered problem solving and co-creation. Navigate ambiguity to balance incremental optimization with longer-term product exploration, leveraging curiosity about AI tools to enhance productivity. Create polished, intuitive product experiences across every stage of the user journey, ensuring a unified voice and elegant design.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in product design
- Portfolio that demonstrates strong thinking, craft, and iteration across onboarding, growth, or AI-powered product experiences
- Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies
- Willingness to learn and leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making
- Strong prototyping skills
- Maker mindset
- Exceptional visual and interaction design craft
- Ability to create polished, intuitive, and high-quality product experiences across every stage of the user journey
