Job Summary
Product Designer responsible for end-to-end design of data-intensive enterprise applications, creating dashboards and analytics interfaces; leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate research, prototyping, and implementation; collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Teams to translate business objectives into scalable, accessible product experiences; maintain design systems and champion data visualization best practices; stay ahead of AI-enabled design trends and contribute to team-wide design innovations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Product Design or related field is desired, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience designing digital products.
- Experience designing dashboards, reporting platforms, analytical tools, or data-intensive experiences.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and design systems.
- Strong understanding of data visualization principles, information architecture, accessibility, and usability.
- Experience translating business data and insights into design solutions.
- Ability to collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Analysts, Data Scientists, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience in product discovery, user research, ideation, validation, and iterative product development.
- Experience leveraging AI-assisted tools in design workflow.
- English proficiency (C1 or higher).
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Product Design, UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Service Design, is desired, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience designing digital products, with a strong emphasis on product design and enterprise applications.
- Proven experience designing dashboards, reporting platforms, analytical tools, or other data-intensive experiences.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including design systems, scalable component libraries, and collaborative workflows.
- Strong understanding of data visualization principles, information architecture, accessibility, and usability best practices.
- Experience translating business data and insights into meaningful design solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Analysts, Data Scientists, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience participating in product discovery, user research, ideation, validation, and iterative product development.
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI-assisted tools such as ChatGPT, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, v0, or similar technologies within the design process.
- Strong curiosity and self-driven experimentation with emerging AI tools and workflows.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale and influence stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and high-quality execution.
- English proficiency (C1 or higher).
