Job Summary
Design beautiful, human-centered AI experiences and push AI interaction design boundaries. Own features end-to-end from concept through launch, conduct user research to uncover real needs, and translate insights into elegant solutions. Rapidly prototype and iterate 0→1 concepts, develop intuition for AI behavior, and maintain high-quality, thoughtful interactions. Collaborate with PMs and engineers, influence roadmaps, contribute to the design system, and help create compelling AI-native experiences used by millions.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product design experience, with at least some of that spent designing AI or LLM-based products for consumer or prosumer audiences
- Genuine AI fluency — understanding of how LLM-based systems work and UX challenges they create
- A consumer design mindset with intuitive flows and onboarding
- Technical confidence to discuss model capabilities and constraints with engineers
- Strong portfolio showing interaction design, visual craft, and shipped products — AI tools or personalization-driven work is a plus
- Craft mindset, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate in fast-moving environments
