Job Summary
Join AGI, Inc. as a Product Designer, where you will own the end-to-end design process from concept to launch. Your responsibilities will include sketching concepts, creating prototypes in Figma, conducting user tests, translating complex behaviors into intuitive UI, and establishing design standards. You will collaborate closely with researchers and engineers to blend advanced AI models with interaction design. A focus on user experience through guerrilla testing, A/B experimentation, and analytics will be key in ensuring design solutions enhance usability. Applicants should have 5+ years of experience in digital product design, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in design tools.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years crafting digital products endâtoâend, with a portfolio that marries beauty and usability
- Taste level that rejects awkward clicks, dead pixels, and inconsistent motion
- Thrive in fast, inâperson startups; ready to build in SF
Desired Qualifications
- Proven chops designing AIâpowered or dataârich experiences
- Mastery of Figma (plus Sketch, Adobe, etc.) and interactive prototyping
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a bonus
