Job Summary
Product Designer to shape AI-driven enterprise experiences for Adobe Journey Optimiser within Adobe Experience Cloud. Work with a multidisciplinary team to conceptualize and develop design solutions that redefine how brands build, optimize, and personalize experiences. Communicate design concepts to stakeholders and executives, tell compelling design stories through sketches, storyboards, and high-fidelity mock-ups, and design, build, and test interactive prototypes to support iterative designs. Prototype rapidly using AI-assisted tools (Cursor or similar) to accelerate design workflows. Ensure visual language and interaction patterns align with Adobe’s design system. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers across Adobe, and advocate for the user while balancing requirements and reality. Must-Haves include a degree or equivalent in design, 5+ years of product design experience, ability to translate complex problems into practical solutions, iterative experience with agile teams, strong communication, and proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, Keynote, or Sketch; experience with AI-prototyping tools.
Required Qualifications
- A degree or equivalent experience in a design-related field (HCI, interaction, visual), or comparable work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in product design, building and delivering consumer and/or enterprise products.
- Ability to grasp the essence of complex design problems and translate them to practical design solutions using fundamental visual and interaction design principles.
- Enduring curiosity with a track record of shipping outstanding experiences that meet user needs, product requirements, and strategic business objectives.
- Experience working iteratively with an agile engineering and product team, with the ability to incorporate feedback to produce highly polished and professional finished experiences.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, Keynote, or Sketch.
- Experience with prototyping AI-assisted tools (e.g., using Cursor or similar)
