Job Summary
Develop product concepts and designs for action figures, role-play, and toy categories while translating brand storytelling into compelling solutions. Create sketches, 3D concepts, and presentation materials, then collaborate with engineering, packaging, and marketing teams to support development from concept through production. Ensure design intent and brand consistency are maintained throughout the process while exploring new trends and technologies to drive innovation. Submit a design portfolio as the cover letter attachment. This role sits within the Action Brands Design Team at Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, focusing on reimagining iconic brands to spark joy and connection.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, or a related discipline
- 2–5 years of relevant design experience
- Strong sketching and visual storytelling skills
- Proficiency in 3D design tools (e.g., KeyShot, ZBrush)
- Experience in product development and manufacturing processes
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
