Product & Design Vice President

Job Summary
Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for fintech solutions, translating market insights, customer needs, and business objectives into clear product initiatives. Lead a high-performing product management team and collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, growth, and executive leadership to deliver and scale digital financial products using agile and data-driven methodologies. Ensure reliability, compliance, and user trust while driving from ideation through launch and continuous improvement; use metrics to evaluate performance and guide decisions; balance speed with security and regulatory requirements; foster cross-functional collaboration and scale products to meet customer needs and business growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field; master’s degree considered an advantage
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, with several years leading product teams
- Proven experience in fintech, financial services, or regulated technology environments
- Demonstrated ability to build products from concept to launch and scale
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team development skills
- Ability to translate complex technical or regulatory requirements into clear product strategies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to work with executive leadership
- Familiarity with financial technologies, digital payments, and regulatory compliance is highly desirable
