Job Summary
Conduct post silicon design validation, circuit issue debug, and characterization for 3D NAND trim across component, iNAND, cSS, and eSS product lines. Develop test programs on ATE platforms and create software tools to accelerate data analysis and reporting. Organize cross-team discussions to establish silicon evaluation plans and secure project schedules while customizing test coverage and defining new strategies. Implement assessment of logic, analog, performance, power consumption, and reliability metrics for NAND memory. Requires BS/MS degree, 2-10 years experience, and strong C++/C skills.
Required Qualifications
- In-depth understanding of logic, analog, or memory IC
- Strong skills of test program development on main stream ATE
- Solid skills on Language C++/C
- Familiar with common lab equipment such as digital scope, logic analyzer
- Familiar with script languages
- Good written and verbal English
- BS/MS degree or equivalent with engineering background
- 2-10 years
