Job Summary
Product & Design Recruiting Manager leads full-cycle recruiting for Product Management and Product Design while developing a 4–6 recruiter team. Partners with senior leaders across the firm to shape hiring strategy, build diverse pipelines, drive candidate and stakeholder experience, and execute data-informed processes. Responsibilities include intake and sourcing, screening, interview management, closing and offers, team coaching, role calibration, pipeline-building through direct sourcing and referrals, presenting market insights and recommendations, and maintaining process quality, controls, and risk awareness. Must leverage recruiting data to monitor funnel health and drive continuous improvement; collaborate with HR, compensation, and business stakeholders to support complex offers.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience (in-house and/or agency)
- Experience recruiting for Product and Design roles (e.g., Product Management, Product Design/UX/UI, UX Research)
- 3+ years of experience managing and developing recruiting professionals, including coaching and performance feedback
- Experience supporting and closing complex offers
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; strong stakeholder management and ability to influence across all levels
- Proficiency with recruiting systems/tools (ATS) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint)
- Bachelor’s degree required
