Job Summary
Develop commercially successful, differentiated itineraries and experiences by drawing on market research, competitive analysis, and regional knowledge to support trip development across TTC brands. Take ownership of assigned regions and overall commercial viability, including regularly reviewed profitability of optional experiences, while negotiating contracts and collaborating with Operations prior to, during, and post tour operation. Conduct regular web health checks, maintain product records across systems, and prepare annual capacity reviews and new product proposals. Monitor guest feedback via FEEFO, TD reports, and Guest Questionnaires to identify improvements, and represent the company at trade shows and webinars as necessary. Travel 4-8 weeks regularly to experience existing product and create new offerings.
