Job Summary
Create and refine design mock-ups and prototypes using Figma to facilitate user envisioning for legal intelligence products. Collaborate with engineers and product managers to ensure designs are technically feasible and aligned with business objectives. Conduct comprehensive UX research, including customer interviews, time and motion studies, surveys, focus groups, and usability tests, to synthesize findings into actionable insights. Present product marketing materials that summarize research activities and communicate value propositions to customers. Advocate for user-centric design approaches throughout the development process to resonate with target audiences.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in UX design
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality products in ambiguous and deadline-driven environments
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user-centered design
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma)
- Relevant academic background in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or similar fields
