Job Summary
Support Engineering teammates in the design and development of new equipment for franchised dealers by releasing Engineering Change Orders to overcome component obsolescence and introduce design enhancements. Utilize AutoCAD and Creo to document machine designs, track revision history, and maintain standardization throughout the equipment lifecycle. Visit manufacturing plants and commercial franchised dealers to study processes, serve as a technical resource for the Technical Services Group, and provide on-site support for troubleshooting and installations. Collaborate with electrical, process, and project engineering teams to make decisions on machine hardware and manufacturing processes, while managing small-scale projects to meet cost, schedule, and functionality goals. Work extended hours as needed and travel domestically to support dealer locations with technical issues and equipment installations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced degree
- Equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience
- Willingness to travel domestically
