Product Design Director, Orbit

Job Summary
Lead the design vision for Orbit, OKX's social layer, owning end-to-end design strategy for social trading, live streaming, creator tools, and community spaces. Define a world-class social-trading UX, set measurable outcomes for engagement and retention, scale the design team through hiring and mentoring, evolve design systems, and ensure culturally relevant design across markets. Collaborate with product, growth, engineering, content, and compliance; drive user research and community listening; track KPIs such as DAU/MAU, creator retention, stream viewership, and platform trust to inform design decisions.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of product design experience with leadership and people management
- Experience designing social platforms, creator tools, live streaming products, or community-driven applications at scale
- Experience designing for financial products (trading/fintech/payments) is a strong plus
- Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, or related field
