Product Design and User Experience – Vice President, APAC Chief Data & Analytics Office

Job Summary
Lead the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of data & AI products for APAC clients with a relentless focus on client and user experience. Shape and execute an integrated UX strategy, create wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys, and collaborate with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to deliver user-centric solutions from ideation through launch. Monitor experience metrics, leverage analytics and user feedback for continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and data privacy requirements. Stay abreast of industry trends and foster a culture of rapid prototyping and experimentation. Preferred candidates will have a bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in UX/product/UI roles in data, AI, or tech environments, strong design thinking and prototyping skills (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision), expertise in accessibility and responsive design, ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive solutions, and excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Design or a related field
- 8+ years of proven experience in user experience, product management, UI/UX design roles ideally within data, AI, or technology-driven environments
- Strong expertise in design thinking, user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision)
- Deep understanding of UI/UX principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into intuitive, user-friendly solutions
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data and user insights to inform product decisions
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment
