Job Summary
Conduct product demonstrations, in-store visits, and merchandising for natural, organic, and specialty brands while educating customers and retail teams. Actively engage shoppers to drive sales and build relationships with store management, representing clients to a high professional standard. Complete tailored online training for all represented brands and manage administrative functions including equipment maintenance and travel logistics. Work independently with swift communication to management, requiring regular weekend availability and the ability to stand for extended periods while handling portable demo equipment.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service and/or sales experience
- Passion about driving sales for our clients brands
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Be a self starter, who can work independently
- Ability to stand for a long period of time (4-6 hours)
- Ability to bend, reach, turn and twist
- Must be able to travel to and from stores with necessary equipment (which may include a portable demo table and/or cooking equipment) weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Regular weekend availability
- Passionate about brand knowledge and driving sales
- The ability to strike up a conversation with anyone
- Being a motivated individual who can work independently, with minimal supervision
- 1 or more years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service
- The ability to stand for 4 to 6 hours at a time
- The ability to travel to and from stores with necessary equipment, which may include a portable demo table and/or equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Regular weekend availability
