Job Summary
Conduct in-store demonstrations, merchandising, and sales training across popular retailers while actively engaging customers through product education. Represent clients to a high professional standard by building strong relationships with retail teams and managing territory visits. Complete tailored online training for all brands and handle necessary administrative functions, including equipment organization. Travel to stores with portable demo tables or cooking equipment weighing up to 50 lbs, requiring the ability to stand for 4–6 hours. Maintain regular weekend availability and communicate swiftly with management on all issues.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service and/or sales experience
- Passion about driving sales for our clients brands
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Be a self starter, who can work independently
- Ability to stand for a long period of time (4-6 hours)
- Ability to bend, reach, turn and twist
- Must be able to travel to and from stores with necessary equipment (which may include a portable demo table and/or cooking equipment) weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Regular weekend availability
- Passionate about brand knowledge and driving sales
- The ability to strike up a conversation with anyone
- Being a motivated individual who can work independently, with minimal supervision
- 1 or more years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service
- The ability to stand for 4 to 6 hours at a time
- The ability to travel to and from stores with necessary equipment, which may include a portable demo table and/or equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Regular weekend availability

- Previous experience and knowledge of top natural brands, including natural, organic, and specialty food, beverage, bath, and body care
