Job Summary
Senior-level Product Delivery Associate in the Operations User Acceptance Testing team who designs, develops, and maintains automated test scripts (Selenium WebDriver with Java and Cucumber BDD) for UI and API layers; enhances and optimizes automation frameworks; creates reusable test cases and Gherkin BDD feature files; executes automated and manual tests; collaborates with developers, business analysts, and QA to ensure high-quality deliverables; mentors junior testers on best practices; contributes to CI/CD pipelines; investigates new tools to improve automation efficiency; role supports cross-functional collaboration within Consumer & Community Banking as part of a large product portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in software testing with a strong focus on test automation
- Hands-on expertise building and maintaining automated test suites using Selenium WebDriver with Java and Cucumber BDD
- Strong proficiency in Java programming for automation
- Experience with unit test frameworks (e.g., TestNG or JUnit) and build tools (Maven or Gradle)
- Experience with JIRA for test management and defect tracking
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) - (preferred)
