Job Summary
Product Delivery Manager, Strategic Initiatives - User Acceptance Testing leads end-to-end product delivery with a focus on automation, test strategy, and stakeholder collaboration. Responsibilities include overseeing intake, dependency and release management, driving automation across web and mobile channels, defining and presenting test strategies, mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality delivery through effective risk assessment and change readiness. Requires senior-level experience in product delivery or QA/UAT, automation tooling proficiency (Cucumber, Gherkin, Java, Selenium, Python, Playwright), familiarity with payments/financial services, and strong data analytics with JIRA/Agile expertise. Based in Tampa, FL, with on-site responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent expertise in automation tools (Cucumber, Gherkin, Java, Selenium, Python, Playwright)
- 8+ years in Quality Assurance or User Acceptance Testing
- Functional knowledge of Payments domain
- Experience in test automation tools for efficient E2E test execution
- Strong data analysis skills and Agile/SW development lifecycle understanding
