Job Summary
Product Delivery Manager for the Workforce Center of Excellence focused on shaping and optimizing how products are delivered to customers. Lead end-to-end delivery processes, manage intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, and performance reporting while coordinating with stakeholders and functional partners. Define multi-quarter roadmaps for workforce planning, translate objectives into epics and measurable outcomes, and oversee discovery, sprint planning, development, testing, UAT, cutover, and hypercare. Establish data quality controls, pursue automation to reduce manual touchpoints, and drive adoption through clear change plans, communications, and training. Coach junior team members and direct area product backlog using JIRA, balancing customer needs, audit/controls, data landscape, and forecast calendars. Strong leadership, executive presence, and ability to collaborate across HR, Finance, Technology, and business leaders to deliver complex initiatives with continuous improvement and robust governance.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product delivery or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
- Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
- Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
- 8+ years of broad product management and delivery, and FP&A / workforce planning
- Strong track record of delivering challenging initiatives involving planning processes using expert-level product management skillset and utilizing agile tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- Proven leadership and influencing skills and ability to collaborate across a highly matrixed organization
- Executive presence, comfortable interacting with, presenting to and influencing senior leaders
- Demonstrated ability to improve forecasting processes and KPIs (e.g., cycle-time reduction, automation, forecast accuracy)
- Cross-functional stakeholder management and communication, partnering effectively with HR, Finance, Technology, and business leaders; experienced in HR/workforce planning (demand/supply, attrition, hiring pipelines, capacity, productivity)
- People leader experienced in coaching/performance management, with strong product development lifecycle/design/data analytics knowledge, Anaplan SaaS expertise, and Model Builder L1+ certification plus product bootcamp training
