Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent in product delivery or a relevant domain area
- Strong ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
- Proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
- Experience in product or platform-wide release management and deployment strategies
- 8+ years of broad product management and delivery, and FP&A / workforce planning
- Strong track record of delivering initiatives involving planning processes using expert-level product management skills
- Proven leadership and influencing skills with collaboration across a matrixed organization
- Executive presence and experience presenting to senior leaders
- Demonstrated ability to improve forecasting processes and KPIs (e.g., cycle-time reduction, automation, forecast accuracy)
- Cross-functional stakeholder management and communication with HR, Finance, Technology, and business leaders
- Experience with Anaplan SaaS, Model Builder L1+ certification, and product bootcamp training
