Job Summary
Delivery leader for post-trade technology projects in an Agile environment. Lead end-to-end product delivery, govern changes and releases, coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve measurable business outcomes, and maintain schedules, dependencies, and roadmaps. Provide executive updates on status, risks, and decisions; drive governance, sprint planning, and quality gates with engineers; develop integrated plans, champion scalable designs, and coach teams on Agile best practices to continuously improve delivery performance. Located in Dublin, Ireland.
Required Qualifications
- Experience delivering products, projects, or technology applications in complex, multi-team environments
- Expertise in change management or technical program management for large organizations
- Advanced analytical reasoning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead through change, manage dependencies, and control scope in dynamic settings
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Detailed understanding and experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., JIRA, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
