Job Summary
Product Delivery Manager in the Employee Assistant team responsible for leading end-to-end product delivery across cross-functional teams, coordinating intake, dependency management, release management, and product operationalization, and delivering on strategic priorities. Drives change-management activities, tracks program status, identifies risks, and escalates blockers. Facilitates product planning sessions and Agile ceremonies, collaborates with external vendors, maintains the strategic product roadmap, and communicates team progress against the plan. Requires strong experience in delivery, release management, stakeholder liaison, and proficiency with Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, and MS Office; champions continuous improvement and risk/compliance adherence.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
- Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
- Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
- Proficient with MS Office applications (Excel/PowerPoint) and Jira, Jira Align and Confluence
